An in-game screenshot of the Letter Cube.
Two nets of the letter cube, unwrapped similarly to how the Number Cube is unwrapped in the Zu City School.

Letter cube is one of four ancient artifacts. It is a red cube with different Zuish symbols carved on each side.

Each of the cube’s six faces features a distinct Zuish symbol. Because each symbol can be rotated to represent four different letters, the cube is capable of displaying all 24 letters of the Zuish alphabet.

Lore

According to Dot, the cube was used to write. However, it is uncertain what function the letter cube had in writing - using it as a stamp would require an unconventional method like projection or stamping from within the surface you're writing on, as regular stamping would mirror the symbols, leading to invalid symbols as some of them are not symmetrical. Instead, it is more likely the cube was used as a reference for writing Zuish texts.
