A method of reading tetromino codes is explained on a blackboard within the [[Nuzu School]]. It can be read as following:

# Separate the sequence into individual tetrominoes.
# Rotate the entire sequence 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
# Reading from left to right, press the input corresponding to each tetromino symbol.

== Reading symbols ==
Interpretation of tetromino symbols can be learned from the [[Code Machine]]. It will display a matching tetromino symbol when a game input is pressed in its close proximity.
== Appearance ==
Tetromino codes almost always appear as a vertical connected sequence. They are very often inscribed on purple monoliths scattered across the world, but they can be seen on walls, floors and maps as well.
